Every order is made just for you. We print only what you actually buy, so nothing sits in a warehouse.
The four steps
- You check out via Stripe. Card details go straight to Stripe — we never touch them. You'll get a confirmation email within seconds.
- Your order goes to the production partner assigned to that item. The product page lists its production origin and current handling window.
- They make it, pack it, and ship it. You'll get a tracking email when the carrier picks it up.
- It lands on your desk. Typically 2–4 business days after shipping, depending on where you are.
Total timeline
The product page shows production time; checkout shows the delivery estimate. Current U.S.-fulfilled items generally take 2–7 business days to make, plus 2–4 business days in transit. We don't ship internationally yet; Alaska and Hawaii can take longer.
Why we do it this way
- Zero waste. Nothing gets printed that isn't already sold.
- No employees. A landman directory and a gift shop should not require a payroll.
- Origin disclosed. We list where each item is produced so you can choose with the full picture.
- Better designs. We can change a tagline next week. A warehouse full of "Title runs in my family" mugs would have made us cowards about future jokes.
What it means for you
It means a longer wait than a stocked marketplace (we're not pretending otherwise) in exchange for a thing that nobody else has, made only after you choose it. If you need a gift tomorrow, this isn't the move. If you can use the estimate shown for the item and at checkout, it is.
